For twenty-five years, Wayne has
reflected his passion for
entertainment and popular culture,
especially film and music, through
radio, from presenting to producing.
He has produced BBC Radio 2
documentaries, such as The Lionel
Richie Story and Star Trek: Where No
One Has Gone Before. Other
documentaries have covered Star
Wars, Badly Drawn Boy, Oscar
winning composer and arranger
Anne Dudley, The Pretenders and
the Mamas and the Papas. His
interviewees include Leonard
Nimoy, Tracey Emin, Stephen Fry,
Pete Townshend, Elbow, Sigourney
Weaver and the Scissor Sisters.

The Space is a unique regular entertainment, arts and media event.
Usually every quarter, we present a line-up of high calibre special guests, discussing their work and
achievements. Held in intimate environments at various Brighton arts venues, each event has two
interviewees with a chance for the audience to ask their own questions.
